How it runs.
Unused listings do not roll over
Allotments reset on the first of each month. This is what makes the standing rate possible.
Overage is billed at your member rate
Going past your block is easy and priced at the same per-listing rate, never at retail.
72 hours booking notice
Photos delivered next day, video within two days of the shoot.
Travel included within 45 minutes of Boonsboro
Beyond that, travel is billed at $0.65 per mile from the studio.
Square footage
Up to 3,000 sq ft included. Larger homes add $50 per additional 1,000 sq ft.
Reschedules
Free with 24 hours notice. Weather reschedules on drone days are always free.
Events booked with 14 days notice
Evenings and weekends fill quickly. Event allotments do not roll over, and unused hours expire with the month.
First month of any retainer at 50% off
Available to every Listing Pro client. The listing work is the introduction, the retainer is the relationship.
Invoiced on the first of the month. Retainers may be paused once per twelve months for up to 30 days.
